Shipping Options
We strive to ship your products on the business day that the order is received (if placed before 12 PM Eastern time). If we anticipate a delay of more than three business days, we will contact you. Please let us know if you need your products by a certain date using the "comments" section of your order. We offer UPS and US Postal Service shipping, and local pickup from our stores in Vero and Stuart. If you require a different shipping service, please call us toll-free at 1-800-732-9685 between 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday for special arrangements.
International Shipping
Most products can be shipped internationally. Customer is responsible for paying duty and other import fees. We cannot ship products prohibited by customs.
US Postal Service
Transit times:
- Priority Mail: generally 2-3 business days for continental US, Alaska, Hawaii.
- Priority Mail International: generally 6-10 business days
- First Class Domestic: generally 2-6 business days
- First Class International: 6-10 days plus
Please note: First Class Mail service does not come with insurance.
